Based in Montreal and Toronto, ElectionsMedia.Com was recently founded by Kren Clausen. Educated at St. Andrew’s College, Aurora, Ontario and Bishop’s University, Lennoxville, Quebec (Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics) Kren Clausen started a career in a family owned health-care distribution and environmental technology business group.

He later founded an environmental stonewash technology process and textile/garment automation business for worldwide branded jeans-wear markets, followed by starting a convergent media, technology and entertainment (independent tv docs and feature films) venture whilst serving voluntarily on industry association boards and as a cultural media industry advisor to organizations such as Bell Broadcast & New Media Fund, SaskFilm & Video Development Corp., Icelandic Film Commission, and to several government councils and departments; such as Telefilm Canada New Media Fund, Ontario Media Development Corp., Canadian Department of Heritage, Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and as elected Volunteer President/CEO of the Interactive Media Arts and Technology Association.

He also has moderated, hosted and executive produced numerous cultural media (television and interactive media) industry seminars and panel discussions, and co-founded and co-produced the IMAT Innovation Awards (recognizing applied innovation in Interactive Media) and the International EMMA Electronic MultiMedia Awards hosted during 2002 in Toronto.
